Around this time of year, and especially in the midst of our present circumstances, it can be so easy to feel alone. Jesus came to show us that we are not alone. He came to fulfill God’s promises, accomplishing prophecies that were spoken hundreds of years before His birth. He is called Immanuel; He is God with us. When we feel alone, we can take comfort in knowing that He is present, and we can draw near to Him.
