About our staff culture
Traders Point has been recognized by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) as a Best Christian Workplace for eight years in a row now. One of the reasons is that we have a mission that's worth working for: We're here to clear the way to get people to Jesus, equip ourselves for the spiritual battles we all face, and deploy disciples to make a Kingdom impact.
We also realize that we will accomplish more by having a healthy culture than we ever will by having the right strategies. Our people make the culture. When we live out these ten key behaviors, we create a place where people want to work and are healthy while doing it:

Honor Up, Down, All Around - We acknowledge and affirm how God is working through others. (Romans 12:10)
Infuse Joy - We make joy visible in our actions and attitude. (Philippians 4:4)
Love the One - We demonstrate love to the person in front of us. (John 13:34)
Make Bold Moves - We try new things to reach people we aren't currently reaching. (Mark 2:1-12)
Out of the Overflow - We pursue relational, physical, mental, and spiritual health. (RPMS)
Stay Curious - We ask questions, seeking to understand before being understood. (Philippians 2:3-4)
Our staff seeks to live and work with a fierce spiritual and professional resolve in order to become more like Jesus and steward the gifts and opportunities He has given us.
