A resident in this role would have the opportunity to work at both a campus and central services level to support ministries throughout the organization. This is a unique opportunity within a multi-site church to see the big picture of ministry and receive hands-on project management experience.

The goal of our Foster & Adoption Ministry (FAM) is to obey God’s commandment to serve vulnerable children, both in our communities and around the world. A FAM Leadership Resident will be involved with communication, event planning, and assisting our volunteers.

The Groups team helps people grow in their faith through authentic community. As a resident, you will play a key role in managing the logistics of placing people in groups, recruiting and training new group leaders, and providing ongoing care for leaders to ensure a healthy group culture. Responsibilities will include administrative tasks to support group assignments and database management, leadership recruitment efforts, and leader training initiatives designed to cultivate biblically grounded and relationally engaged group facilitators.

A resident on the Engagement team would serve at the campus level. In this role, you would have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences for people, contribute to the serve culture of Traders Point, and promote overall engagement at your campus.

The Ministry Engagement Resident will support the Ministry Engagement department, a central team dedicated to creating welcoming environments and connecting people to the life of the church. This department oversees the front desk, The Park (a 3-story indoor playground open to the community), and the campus engagement team, which focuses on helping newcomers and regular attendees alike engage deeply with the church's mission.

IT equips and enables every ministry of Traders Point with the tools and information they need to have the maximum Kingdom impact. IT provides the technical network and infrastructure to reach the farthest parts of the globe for all the ministries at our church in Indianapolis. Our team handles all aspects of IT, from cabling to networks to servers and back. A residency in IT could focus on product marketing, documentation, or project management.

The Kids Ministry trains, develops, and equips volunteers to deliver engaging, Bible-based curriculum to kids from newborn through 6th grade. This resident will also gain experience in discipleship, creating welcoming environments, and delivering effective ministry in a growing multisite church.

The Outreach team exists to be an extension of the Traders Point vision of multiplying disciples and churches. Leadership residents in Outreach will learn what it’s like to serve at a multisite church with this vision and help put the vision into action.
