The Production Department at Traders Point is responsible for creating an environment that engages people with the love of God through word and worship. They leverage lighting, video and sound, and stage design to effectively communicate the gospel. As a leadership resident, you'll gain valuable experience leading a volunteer team for a worship service.
The goal of our Foster and Adoption Ministry (FAM) is to obey God’s commandment to serve vulnerable children, both in our communities and around the world. A FAM leadership resident will be involved with communication, event planning, and assisting our volunteers.
Local & Global Outreach
The Outreach team exists to be an extension of the Traders Point Christian Church vision of multiplying disciples and churches. We desire to see multiplication, ongoing connection, and strategic mobilization locally and globally. Leadership residents in the Outreach Department will learn what it’s like to serve at a multisite church with this vision and to help put the vision into action.
A Resident serving in the Discipleship Writing ministry will write content for Daily Bible Reading emails, Group Discussion content, and other discipleship materials that are created for groups and/or the church to grow in their walk with Jesus.
With a growing number of online guests, we must deliver messages and ways for this group to connect with God and each other. The Broadcast resident will work with technology to make God’s word accessible to all.
IT equips and enables every ministry of Traders Point with the tools and information they need to have the maximum Kingdom impact. IT provides the technical network and infrastructure to reach the farthest parts of the globe for all the ministries at our church in Indianapolis. Our team handles all aspects of IT, from cabling to networks to servers and back. A Residency in It could focus on Product Marketing, Documentation, or Project Management.
The Campus/Pastoral leadership resident will learn how to oversee, lead, and manage a multisite campus from every angle, including local outreach, groups, age-level, administration, and pastoral care. The resident will follow the Campus Pastor closely and learn how to navigate multisite issues in a growing church environment.
The Leadership Development resident will contribute to a culture of disciple-making and leadership development at TPCC. This resident will have an emphasis on project management, and participate in a variety of leadership development projects including the Leadership College, Learning Management System, and more!
The worship team works to create environments to glorify and honor the Lord while partnering with Him in helping connect people to Jesus in worship. The staff team also works to disciple and train volunteer team members in leading worship.
