The Stumbling Block

John the Baptist exemplifies what it means to be "a voice crying in the wilderness"—someone who cries out to God rather than complains about circumstances. His journey from bold proclamation to imprisoned doubt reveals how to navigate life as a true Christ follower when God's will doesn't align with our own desires. Even when Jesus doesn't meet our expectations, we are called to trust the evidence of His work and remain faithful without being offended by His methods or timing.
