Respond
1. Would you say you’re better at reading your Bible or reading Christian books, quotes and articles? Although reading the latter isn’t bad, the authority Jesus spoke with came through the power of teaching, explaining and applying God’s Word. Ask God to help you test everything you see and hear through the lens of its truth.
2. Spend a few minutes now asking God to renew your own sense of awe of Him through the reading of His Word. Pray that He would meet you and that you would experience a fresh connection with Him as you read.
