Read Philippians 4:6-7

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”

Respond
In this passage, Paul gets practical about how to replace our worries with prayer. He writes that God’s peace actually has the power to guard both our hearts and our minds, and this peace is available to us when we tell God what we need and thank Him for what He has done. Ask God to free your mind from comparison, conflict, criticism, and complaints, and replace it with peace that can only come from Him.
