A daily mindset.

Series: We Are TPCC | Week 3: Healthy

Matthew 6:11
“Give us today our daily bread.”

After we have acknowledged God as our Father, asked that His name be kept holy and for our perspective to shift to one of kingdom values rather than our own, Jesus directs us to then present our requests in prayer. Notice the first request is for God to give us today our daily bread.

Respond in Prayer
Spend some time with God right now asking Him to shift your mindset into a mindset of living daily. Think about this: when you aren’t striving, you can end your work day when it’s done, trusting the good day’s work and that God is in control. When you aren’t stuck, you can get out of bed to face what this day alone has for you. See these verses for more of Jesus’s teaching on living with a daily mindset.

For Families with Kids at Home
It can be hard to be present daily with the demands of raising and providing for a family. God wants you to be present with your kids and to lead them spiritually. Ask God to keep you focused on being present with your family daily.
