When Kody's wife, Julie, invited him to Traders Point, his life changed. He went through Rooted and was baptized. He and Julie decided to serve in Traders Point Kids and give to the Awaken initiative, and he's seen a shift in his mindset from "how will this help me?" to "how will this help others?" Through this time of giving and serving, Kody has come to see that he's much more fulfilled when giving himself to God's work than keeping his time and treasure to himself.
