Start with God.

Series: Let's Talk About It | Week 5: Doubt

Read John 1:14, 18

“So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son. . . No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.”

Respond
When doubts about faith arise, it’s important to remember to first start with who God is. Theologian A.W. Tozer said, “What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.” What comes into yours? God wants us to know Him, and He reveals Himself to us in a number of ways – Jesus and His written word, the Bible, being two of them. Make sure you have people and practices in place that help you know the true character of God better.
