Faithfully Play Your Part
For Families with Kids at Home:
Here in Chapter 16, Paul spends much of his time praising his friends for the unique role that each of them plays in advancing the Good News of Jesus. All of us have a unique part to play, and each of us can contribute in unique ways! Spend some time brainstorming with your kids about what gifts God has given them. Maybe they’re a hard worker like Mary (verse 6). Maybe they’re brave like Priscilla and Aquila (verse 4). Maybe they make people feel welcome like Gaius (verse 23). Once they have a skill or gift in mind, ask them how they could use that to serve God this week!
