!Volunteers Needed! Wheeler Mission Volunteer Opportunities

Wheeler Mission provides a large variety of volunteer opportunities every week.  This is a great way to serve with your small group or as a family. 

Listed below are the biggest needs they currently have for volunteers.  They need both skilled and unskilled labor.

At our Center For Women and Children (3208 E. Michigan) we have the following needs:

  • Painting
  • Grounds / mulch
  • HVAC - filters
  • Window cleaning
  • Power washing        

At our Shelter For Men (520 E. Market) we have the following needs:

  • Painting 
  • Grounds /mulch
  • Power washing exterior 
  • Window washing
  • Wood work / trim
  • Electrical - skilled

 At our Men’s Residential Center (245 N. Delaware) we have the following needs:

  • Painting
  • Plumbing - skilled
  • Electrical – skilled
