2 Corinthians 3:16-17
But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Aaron often reminds us: “God loves you just as you are… and He loves you too much to leave you there.” Through conviction and repentance, God wants to deal with your sin and the effects of other people’s sin against you so you can be real with Him, grow into the person He’s made you to be, and to experience joy! Because God loves you, He would never want to leave you in captivity to sin and condemnation. He wants you to live in His freedom!
Today, ask God to help you be real with Him, embracing the process of godly conviction and repentance so you can find real joy!
