God's faithfulness was displayed in Jesus.

Series: Resilient | Week 2: Still Standing

Romans 8:35-37
“Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean He no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?  . . No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.”

A couple thousand years after the life of Joseph, the author of Romans also wrote about the faithfulness of God displayed in the person of Jesus. Jesus Christ gave the faithful love of God a face! Through the sinless life, the sacrificial death and the resurrected life of Jesus, we can have overwhelming victory over anything.
