A Faith Talked About Around the World

Series: Recalibrate | Week 1: The Reason for Romans

Day Three Romans 1:8-10

Pray: Invite God into your time and ask Him to speak to you, then read the passage.

8 Let me say first that I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith in him is being talked about all over the world. 9 God knows how often I pray for you. Day and night I bring you and your needs in prayer to God, whom I serve with all my heart by spreading the Good News about his Son.

10 One of the things I always pray for is the opportunity, God willing, to come at last to see you.
– Romans 1:8-10 (NLT)

For Families with Kids at Home
Paul makes a point to pray for his friends in the church in Rome, even though he’s never met them in person. Ask your kids, “Who is someone in your life that you would like to be praying for?” Commit to praying with your kids about that person for the next week and see what happens!

*If you don't have a Recalibrate journal, you can use any journal available to you to write down your responses.
