If you grew up in a Christian home, when were some of the hardest times to stand up for your faith? If you came to Christ as an adult, what were your interactions with Christian kids or teens when you were that age? As you reflect, think about the different challenges your own kids are presented with when it comes to being “unashamed of the Good News about Christ.” Ask your kids what are the hardest aspects of following Jesus in their settings (school, sports, clubs, friend groups, etc.). Ask them how you can be more encouraging in their faith as a parent, and pray together that your kids would continue to be unashamed of their faith in Jesus!*If you don't have a Recalibrate journal, you can use any journal available to you to write down your responses.**TPCC does not necessarily endorse all For Further Reading/Learning sources.
