The LGBTQ conversation is the leading conversation this generation is talking about, and as a church, we want to help you feel equipped to engage and lead from a posture of love and humility.
Monday, May 16 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at Traders Point Northwest
We are excited to welcome Dr. Preston Sprinkle to Traders Point for an evening of conversation and teaching. Preston is the President of the Center for Faith, Sexuality, and Gender, a biblical scholar, an international speaker, and a New York Times bestselling author who has written numerous books including People to Be Loved: Why Homosexuality Is Not Just an Issue and Embodied: Transgender Identities, the Church, and What the Bible Has to Say. Preston has given talks to thousands of people worldwide on the topic of faith, sexuality and gender.
During this two and a half hour event, Preston will lay a relational and theological foundation for how Christians should engage the LGBTQ conversation. This event is geared towards all Christians interested in learning more about this important topic; it will be particularly helpful for parents with LGBTQ kids, leaders, and anyone with LGBTQ friends and loved ones.
Youth in grades 7-12 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. Make sure to add them to your registration if they'll be joining you.
