We live in a harsh world, which means there’s a great opportunity for gentleness. Gentleness is strength under control. It doesn’t mean being weak; it means acting like Jesus under pressure. When we’re gentle, we’ll stand out in division, we’ll allow healing to take place, and we’ll allow the truth to be heard. People need to see the gentleness of Jesus, and we’re the ones who can show it to them.
