Research shows that 85% of Christians start following Jesus between the ages of 4 and 14. By serving with Traders Point Kids, you can help provide a safe and consistent environment that allows kids (birth through 6th grade and disability ministry) to experience Jesus on their level.

You can serve on the Traders Point Kids team in a few different roles:

• Nursery/Toddler Rooms
• Small Group Leader (Preschool or Elementary)
• Disabilities 
• Kids Guest Check-In
• Weekday Team

Traders Point Youth exists to help students grades 6-12 answer three big questions they are asking: Who am I? Where do I fit? What difference am I making? We aim to answer these questions about identity, belonging, and purpose by working to connect youth to Jesus, community, and Kingdom purpose.

You can serve on the Youth Team in a few different roles:

• Group Leader
• Experience Team
• Youth Night Events Team

The Guest Experience Team exists to engage relationally with guests, creating an experience where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and seen. We strive to show the love of Jesus by how we intentionally interact with guests, meeting them where they are and helping them take their next step toward Jesus.

You can serve with Guest Experience in a variety of roles:

• Auditorium Team
• Coffee Team
• Greeting Team
• Info Central Team
• Parking Team
• Special Events Team

Facilities exists to embody Traders Point’s core values of Humble, Hungry and Healthy through gracious service, team unity, and exceeding expectations in creating outstanding environments for every guest, staff member and volunteer. We strive to maintain clean and safe environments, removing all barriers that keep someone from focusing on their relationship with Jesus. 

You can serve with Facilities with the option of these roles:

• Sunday Support
• Special Projects
• Event Support

We strive to maintain clean and beautiful spaces for our guests as they arrive on our campuses. We want those who visit our campuses to feel the care and love of Jesus as soon as they arrive on the property.

You can serve as a Property Volunteer in these ways:

• General Support: Assisting property team specialists with various projects, moving/loading items and furniture assembly, minor drywall patching and painting, snow removal (shoveling/plowing) of walks and salt application
• Housekeeping: cleaning around the maintenance shop, tool organization and inventory management
• Landscaping: Mowing, weed-eating, blowing, trash cleanup, tree and bush-trimming. 
• Vehicle detailing: Cleaning interior and exterior of church fleet vehicles

Our desire is to serve the Lord by leading the church into worship through the overflow of what has been done for us. We prioritize the presence of Jesus over personal preference in order to break down any unnecessary barriers that could keep someone from Jesus. We strive for excellence in all we do, because everything is from Jesus and for Jesus.

You can serve on the Worship Team in a couple different ways:

• Musician
• Special Elements

The production team creates outstanding environments in our auditorium so people can connect with Jesus during our Weekend Gatherings. We do this by using the tools of audio, video, and lighting to elevate the Word and worship without creating distractions. We believe that kingdom purpose wins over personal preference every time.

You can serve on the Production Team in several different roles:

• Audio Operator
• Audio Assistant (Northwest Campus Only)
• Backstage manager (Northwest Campus Only)
• Lighting Designer
• Lighting Operator
• Media Operator
• Service Director

The Broadcast Team supports Weekend Gatherings, events, and the ministries of Traders Point. We produce live and scripted content to create a dynamic presentation of the Gospel. 

*Note: The Broadcast team only serves at our Northwest location.

You can serve on the Broadcast Team in a variety of different roles:

• Audio Engineer
• Broadcast Assistant
• Camera Operator
• Video Director
• Video Switcher

The Film Team produces stories, testimonies, and creative narratives that testify to the power and presence of Jesus in and through the lives of people. These films play on various media platforms, including the website, social media, and in our Weekend Gatherings.

You can serve on the Film Team in several different roles:

• Actor
• Voice Over Actor
• Camera Operator
• Editor
• Production Assistant
• On-set Hospitality
  

Converting multi-use spaces for Sunday gatherings and things like Traders Point Kids and Youth is how our Setup and Tear-Down teams make a difference. While this is often hidden work behind the scenes, it's critical work to create outstanding environments. Most people choose either the Setup team or the Tear-Down team. Weekday and Sunday opportunities are available.
