Anne serves as the lead youth minister at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. She and her husband, Kyle, have two children. She has served at churches in youth ministry in North Carolina, Ohio, and Indiana, and worked in church communications at Traders Point before heading back to youth ministry in 2018. Anne has written for Today’s Christian Woman (Christianity Today), Christian Standard, and Orange. She also serves on the board for Christ in Youth and is a speaker for their summer program, MOVE. Anne holds a degree in biblical studies and general ministry from Cincinnati Christian University.

Kevin Queen is the lead pastor of Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN (www.crosspoint.tv). Born and raised in the Atlanta area, he’s a graduate of the University of Georgia and New Orleans Seminary. Before joining Cross Point’s staff in August 2017, Kevin served for 14 years on staff at 12Stone Church, a multisite church with 8 campuses in metro Atlanta. In addition, Louise serves as a Team Member on our Worship team at the Northwest Campus. Most importantly, though, Louise is a passionate mom, developer of people, and lover of God.

Steve holds a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel Christian Seminary where he focused on Hebrew Scriptures and Family Systems. Until recently, Steve served as Lead Pastor of Discovery Christian Church in Broomfield, Colorado, for 15 years. He has also served at a church in Las Vegas, on a ranch for struggling teens, as a hospital chaplain and as a youth minister in the Appalachian region. Steve was privileged to grow up in Perth, Western Australia. After moving to the United States for graduate studies, Steve married Lisa and together they have two sons and a daughter, in whom they take great delight.

Steve is the author of the book Managing Leadership Anxiety - Yours & Theirs and the host of the Managing Anxiety Podcast. Steve loves leaders, and sees how much pressure they carry. His particular concern is to bring relief by equipping them with tools for individual and team health. He especially enjoys helping leaders break long stuck patterns in themselves and their organizations. As a chaplain, he learned how to pay attention to what was going on under the surface of his own life, and also the dynamics between family members.

Aaron Brockett

Bio
Aaron Brockett is the lead pastor of Traders Point Christian Church. Since he joined the church in 2007, it has grown from 1,500 people in one location to more than 9,000 people in four locations, earning recognition as one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S. from Outreach Magazine. 

Aaron has contributed to several books and articles and also serves as a board member of the Orchard Group, a worldwide church-planting organization. He and his wife, Lindsay, have dedicated their lives to seeing people all over the world come to know, trust, and follow Jesus. They have four great kids and a silver lab named Winston.

Derwin L. Gray is the founding and Lead Pastor of Transformation Church (www.TransformationChurch.tc), a multiethnic, multigenerational, mission-shaped community in Indian Land, South Carolina, just south of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Gray met his wife, Vicki, at Brigham Young University (BYU). They have been married since 1992 and have two adult children. After graduating from BYU, he played professional football in the National Football League for five years with the Indianapolis Colts (1993-1997) and one year with the Carolina Panthers (1998).

In 2008, Gray graduated from Southern Evangelical Seminary magna cum laude, with a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Apologetics. In 2018, Gray received his Doctor of Ministry in the New Testament in Context at Northern Seminary.

Gray is the best-selling author of The Good Life: What Jesus Teaches About Finding True Happiness, as well as Building a Multiethnic Church: A Gospel Vision of Love, Grace, and Reconciliation in a Divided World (formerly titled The High-Definition Leader).

Who is invited to the conference?

This year’s conference invite list includes TPCC Staff, Elders, all volunteers (Team Members, Team Leaders and Team Coaches), in addition to special guests from our strategic outreach partners, area churches and universities. 

What is the goal of the conference?

To captivate and empower you to become a healthier disciple and more effective leader, and to inspire you to join an ongoing leadership development environment moving forward.

What if I am unable to attend in person?

No problem! Join us on this page the day of the event for a link to the simulcast. 

What health guidelines should I expect when attending this event?

We love our city and want to honor local public health guidelines. With that in mind, attendees will be required to follow the health guidelines in place at the time of this event. 

Will childcare be available during the conference?

Due to limited capacity, childcare or children’s ministry are unavailable.

Will food be provided?

Full meals are not included. However, we will have beverages and snacks available for free during each break. If you are able to join us for the afternoon breakout sessions, you can either bring a lunch to eat at the Northwest Campus between 12:30 - 2 pm or grab something on your own at one of the many restaurants across the freeway!

Some ministry areas are eating lunch together, so you might want to check in with your staff ministry representative to see if there are any plans for your team!

Is there any cost to attend?

No! We deeply value your leadership here at Traders Point. We want to thank you for your time, energy, passion and investment you constantly pour into this local body and the Kingdom as a whole!
